New work: Oxford University Press - Circles

A few years ago, Creative Listening was brought in at the very beginning of a new primary product for Oxford University Press.

Collaborating closely with authors, editorial, media and design teams, we helped shape Open Up into a bold, video-rich course. It went on to become a huge success — so much so that four years later, we were invited back to do it all over again.

This time, working with a new curriculum, we had the privilege of contributing across concept development, scriptwriting, songwriting, production and post production.

Projects of this scale are always a collective effort, and while there are far too many people to name individually, I can honestly say the entire experience was a joy from start to finish.

The brief was clear: create media content – spanning live action, animation, motion design, songs and sound – that could match, or even surpass, what we achieved before. This trailer shows we rose to that challenge.

A huge thank you to our brilliant team for their creativity and dedication, and to OUP for trusting us once again.
